Characteristics of the wine: the wine: The color is golden yellow with orange shades. Moderately accentuated floral after lemon, chamomile already reminiscent of honey and smoke. In the mouth, the wine is dry, medium-bodied, slightly tart with the presence of freshness, tasty and medium-long.
Aging potential: The wine is ripe and suitable for consumption, it will gain harmony and drinkability as it ages, it will probably reach its peak at the age of 3 years.
The location of the vineyards: flat with a mild southern exposure
Soil composition: sandstone, loam
Harvesting: thinning of bunches in the initial stage of softening of berries, harvesting by hand
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with maceration for 7 days, gentle pressing and flow into wooden barrels
Aging: in oak barrels for 12 months on fine lees
Bottling: without cleaning and filtration 2600 bottles
Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
Content of total sulfites: 80 mg/l
Serving temperature: from 10 to 12°C
Pairing with food: Goes well with grilled vegetables, seafood risottos and pastas, grilled freshwater and saltwater fish, roasted poultry, poultry pâtés, fresh cheese.
