Sauvignon blanc Santei is a charismatic wine of pale brown colour which was in longer skin contact. Its intense and zesty fragrance reminiscent of dried grass and tropical fruits and is complemented by the soft aroma of mature melons. It leaves a fresh and smooth taste on the palate. It is rich and full-bodied. Certified Organic.

2 days skin contact, stabilized in inox barrel before bottleing.

Pairing with food: sea food, shellfish, lean fish, poultry.
