Product description

Deep amber color. The flower is emphasized, matured. We find a nice mix of balsamic notes, notes of maturation in wood, smoke, dried fruits. Long contact with the foreskin is obvious, neat. Dry in the mouth, stronger, the taste is intense, with a clear tannin grip, there are quite a few of them. Full, delicious. Give her time to open up. A very nice specimen of mature macerated ribolla.

Rebula grapes and wine are produced with respect and kindness to nature and tradition. The Grace vineyard is located on the south side, at the foot of the Čaven mountain at an altitude of 350 meters, surrounded by forest. We harvest by hand, with friends, at the beginning of October, when the ribs are ripe. The maceration lasts up to 14 days, until the sugar boils into alcohol, which is how the red wine gets its amber color, like grapes. Then the wine matures for two years in large 2,500-liter barrels and then another two years in bottles. The wine is unfiltered, rich in minerals, with the smell of mother’s nitrogen and all the flowers with which the vineyard is richly endowed.

Pairing with food: poultry, grilled fish, steak.
