Premium quince fruit brandy, aged in oak barrels for 5 years. A great combination of the fruity aroma of quince and the vanilla-balsamic profile of the barrel. The smell is typical, intense, clean, calm, with a deep character and a velvety profile. On the palate, full, harmonious, with a balanced ratio of sweetness – acid – fullness, very drinkable. It is consumed as an excellent aperitif or digestif at a temperature of up to 16°C.
