The fragrance is bouquet-like, complex, with a vanilla-balsamic profile, calm, very pleasant. The taste is full, harmonious and very drinkable. Soft elegant tannins from the oak barrel very nicely incorporated into the texture of the brandy. In the residual part of the taste present balsamic-velvet appetizing impressions, refined, very persistent, fascinating. This brandy should be consumed as a great digestif after a rich lunch or dinner, at a temperature of 16-18°C.
