“Stara Pesma” 18 coupage is brandy from four oak barrels of different volumes. Its value, along with its unquestionable age, is also reflected in the fact that it represents the best that this distillery produced in 2004.
Color: Dark shades of amber, color of old cognacs, mahogany.
Taste: Pleasant astringency as a result of skillful aging. The acids are nicely balanced, the coumarin compounds from the oak give the impression of dry hay and cinnamon. It is preferable to drink small sips, because the taste is intense and lasts. And you will feel the flavors of vanilla, prunes, dried figs and nuts. The aftertaste is dry, full and long-lasting. It is consumed as a digestive, at a temperature of 16-18 °C.
