Boris’s tip: Great malvazija produced in orange way, it means it is macerated. Great unfiltrated full body white wine with apricots and vanilla aromas.
The deeper golden color indicates high maturity. The smell is mineral and fruity. In the mouth it is dry and bold, with a pronounced character over the overripe fruit. In a longer flavor, with its salinity and minerality, it confirms the aromatic. Malvasia, who unambiguously shows his sort.
Wine process: manual cultivation of grapes, which is sorted in a vineyard.
