Dry wine. White macerated wine deep, mineral and pleasant tannins. Smell of herbs, dried fruit, honey. Aged for 36 months in acacia oak barrels. On a dense and concentrated structure, notes of dehydrated fruit, official herbs, a touch of undergrowth, peaks of acacia honey, caramel and cinnamon move, which are very impressive and rounded, with a slightly chalky finish, in which a slight tannic friction is echoed. Organic wine made according to the ancient artisanal method.
Pairing with food: great for accompanying fish sauce dishes, smoked salmon, tuna fillet with sesame, ginger prawns and lemon grass.
