The color is soft lemon with greenish shades. The flower is moderately accentuated, yellow fruit, apples, from more ripe grapes. In the mouth it is dry, medium-bodied, tasty, clear, with good definition. Spicy, much more varied than the flower suggests, Jamšek remains the master of Welschriesling.
Pairing with food: white meat, cheese, prosciutto, pork, asparagus, vegetables, shrimps.
