Boris’s tip: Jakot is when you read Tokaj backward. This one is dry, sexy, aromatic and not sweet.
Gentle golden yellow color. The bouquet is slightly ripe, beautiful, clear, we find hay, bananas, melons. Dry mouth, acids are higher, mature, medium to strong body. Very nice, tastefully crafted with a medium decline.
Pairing with food: fish, salad, pasta.
