Cuvée “Vierstein” is made in the Jugova cellar from four carefully cultivated grape varieties. Thus, the wine consists of Yellow Muscat, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Rhenish Riesling grapes. We are enchanted by its golden color, pleasant oily texture and refreshing taste, which Jugi obtains after 4 to 7 days of maceration. The scent has characteristic muscat notes, reminiscent of a combination of lemongrass and peach. It is best served at a temperature between 8 and 12 degrees C.
Pairing with food: It goes well with salad plates, pasta and cured meat products.
