Soft lemon colors. The flower is quite aromatic, variegated, classically varietal, still youthful despite its years. Grapefruit, melon, lime, also quartz, smoke. Fruity. Dry, with relatively low acidity, the oak stands out a bit in the mouth, the wine still offers plenty of fruity character in the mouth. The texture is pleasant, oily. A very good, artisanally very well made chardonnay. A slightly fruity style with a long finish.
Pairing with food: It is served at 12 °C, goes well with poultry, fish, pasta.
